Foreign removals should be selected at the time of booking. -PAYMENTS- Client's remaining balance should be paid via Zelle. -LATE POLICY- A late fee of $1 per minute will be applied after a 10-minute grace period. If you think you may arrive later than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, your appointment may be adjusted to fit within the time restraints or considered a last minute cancellation if there is not enough time to complete the service. -RESCHEDULE CANCELLATION /NO SHOW POLICY- Clients can reschedule or cancel their appointment up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. However, late cancellations, same day cancellations, and no-shows will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Clients are able to reschedule ONCE per deposit.
